My client, Executive Coaching and Consulting, has been working with this particular client for over 8 years. This long-term relationship has been centred on sales coaching, and my client wanted to capture his client’s achievements in a case study.
My work involved:
- Preparing custom interview questions, based on my client’s needs for the case study.
- Interviewing my client’s client (the general manager of Hot Spring Spas) by video.
- Writing the case study.
- Liaising with my client’s graphic designer on the production of a PDF version of the case study, and proofreading it.
