What you get
I take all photos on my iPhone 13 Pro, which delivers outstanding image quality for both interior and exterior shots. If you’re wondering whether a phone can really do the job – rest assured. I am a City & Guilds qualified photographer and a stock contributor to iStock/Getty Images, where many of my accepted images are taken on my iPhone. I also bring portable lighting equipment to brighten up any darker corners.
After the shoot, I edit the photos in Adobe Lightroom to make your images sparkle – so your place looks warm, inviting, and ready to book.
You’ll receive:

Full-size JPGs for safe keeping and for use on any printed materials.

Web-sized JPGs ready to upload to AirBnB.
This service is best suited to smaller or more modest holiday homes. If you have a larger or higher-end property and need drone, twilight, or video footage, I recommend Graham from Northern Exposure.
Price
$150 + GST per listing based on a property with up to 2 bedrooms
Includes travel within 6km of central Kerikeri.
Travel beyond 6km is $1 + GST per km, each way.
Free travel area (within 6km of Kerikeri town centre) is shown on the map above.
📸 Pro tip: Blue sky sells!
A sunny day can make a huge difference to your photos. I’m happy to pencil in a couple of date options for the photography so we can shoot when the weather is on our side. It’s worth the wait.
AirBnB listing copy
What you get
Get a polished listing description that reflects the charm and personality of your place. I write in a warm, friendly tone that makes guests feel welcome before they even arrive. I write listing copy for all sizes and types of holiday home.
You’ll receive:

A document with the complete, ready-to-upload listing description.

Up to two rounds of revisions, if needed, in addition to the first draft of the copy.
How it works
A briefing meeting is an important part of this service. If I’m also doing the photography, we can chat while I’m there for the shoot. Otherwise, we’ll arrange a short Zoom call – and I’ll need to see photos of your property beforehand (or during the call).
Price
$200 + GST per listing

An honest, accurate description helps you earn great reviews. I’ll showcase your property in the best light – but without overpromising. Guests appreciate transparency, and that leads to happier stays and good reviews.
