Keith’s Cottage in Kerikeri needed a listing that would stand out and attract bookings from the get-go. Set in a peaceful location surrounded by citrus trees – yet just a short walk from the town centre – the cottage offers a true taste of the Kerikeri lifestyle.

I photographed the interior and exterior, edited the images, and wrote enticing listing copy to highlight the property’s charm and location.

I also worked alongside the owner to upload the content and ensure everything was presented beautifully and accurately on the AirBnB platform.

This was my second time working with this property owner, I also wrote about and photographed his other AirBnB listing. He said that my work took him from zero bookings to Superhost status – and was thrilled with the outcome!
