by An engineering firm specialising in designing, manufacturing and installing dust extraction equipment needed a series of case studies on their website to showcase their capabilities. As is sometimes the case with highly technical industries, the background I was given was all about the technical nuts and bolts, but lacking in information on how the project benefited the client. I interviewed the engineering company and really drilled down on this area.
While I was writing the case study, I implemented SEO techniques so that the content would help attract additional traffic to the website. I also liaised with the website designer to get the case study online.
